Grauman's Chinese Theatre

The Chinese Theatre in Hollywood is the most famous movie theatre in the world. Grauman's Chinese Theatre opened over 70 years ago. Since then, the Chinese Theatre has been the site of more gala Hollywood movie premieres than any other theatre. In the 1940's, Grauman's Chinese Theatre also hosted the annual Academy Award ceremonies.

The Los Angeles Zoo has more than 1.500 animals, birds and reptiles in natural habitat settings. The zoo is located near the junction of the Golden State and Ventura Freeways inside Griffith Park. Griffith Park with its Planetarium is situated on the edge of Hollywood. It contains recreational facilities, nature areas, and various family attractions. With more than 4.000 acres, Griffith Park is one of the largest urban parks in the world. The planetarium and observatory offer science exhibits and various shows throughout the day and is a popular place for viewing the LA City lights at night.

Venice Beach
