People's Light and Theatre

Now in their 33rd season, the People's Light & Theatre Company is a non-profit, professional theatre founded in 1974. The Theater puts on a full season of top notch theatrical performances every year. They produce eight or nine plays per season, mixing world premieres, contemporary plays, and fresh approaches to classic texts for the Main Stage Series and Family Discovery Series.

Swiss Pines Japanese Garden
Charlestown Road, Malvern, PA, 19355
Swiss Pines is a private Japanese garden and wildlife preserve with flowers, statuary, nature trail, streams and ponds located on the north side of Charlestown Road between the village and Hollow Road. Terrain through the park is steep and uneven in parts, making for challenging walks.

Wharton Esherick Museum

The Wharton Esherick Museum is a non-profit historic institution open to individual and group visits by appointment only. One-hour guided tours take place from March through December. Dedicated to Wharton Esherick, a master craftsman from the region, it features exhibits of his work, including his famous spiral staircases and intricately designed furniture.
