Getting Around Secaucus

Secaucus is served by the Newark International Airport , located 10 miles south of Secaucus on the New Jersey Turnpike. Taxi service to or from the airport will cost around $25-$35.

Secaucus offers exceptional transportation advantages.
Express buses run from Secaucus to the Port Authority Bus Terminal, near Times Square, in about 20 minutes. Also, trains go from Secaucus Junction to Penn Station New York in 9 minutes and Hoboken in 10 minutes.
Secaucus is served by eight NJ Transit bus lines and one DeCamp Bus Company line, a Town of Secaucus rush hour shuttle, plus a free shuttle service between Harmon Meadow and Secaucus Junction Train Station.

Visitors traveling by car have quick access to the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) in Secaucus to points north and south via the New Jersey Turnpike. State Route 3 bisects the town, with connections to US 46 and I-80 to the west and Interstate 495. I-495 begins in Secaucus and takes motorists through the Lincoln Tunnel into Manhattan and eastward to Long Island.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the only car rental company available in Secaucus. You can find it at the Holiday Inn Hotel and the Crowne Plaza Hotel. They'll pick you up and bring you to their rental location. Internet reservations are available.
