McCarthy's Wildlife Sanctuary
McCarthy's Wildlife Sanctuary is a rescue shelter housing more than 170 animals, birds and reptiles that have either been injured, orphaned or given up by owners who can no longer care for them. A tour of the sanctuary allows visitors to get up close and personal to many of the residents, learning the stories about how each animal came to the shelter. Some of the animals that can be encountered include white tigers, lions, Florida panthers, parrots, macaws, pythons, monkeys, giant tortoises and more.

Kravis Center for the Performing Arts
Situated downtown West Palm Beach, the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is an impressive facility that hosts 800 events annually. Home to the Palm Beach Opera and Miami City Ballet, the Kravis Center features a concert hall, black box theater and an outdoor amphitheater. Guests can tour the beautiful complex and purchase tickets to watch stellar performances of ballets, musicals, operas, concerts, plays and more.

Okeeheelee Park
Covering 900 acres, the Okeeheelee Park is a huge park offering something for everyone. The park features two lakes, a golf course, ball fields, tennis courts, a dog park and playground as well as a nature center and nature trails. Norton Museum of Art
Founded in 1941, the Norton Museum of Art contains a large collection of more than 5,000 works of art that range from ancient Chinese to contemporary American. From the fine architecture of the building to the outstanding art works and the on-site restaurant, the Norton Museum is well worth visiting.

Visitors can use the trolley service or enjoy walking about the area and exploring the many shops, restaurants and clubs. Rapids Water Park
Spanning 30 acres and attracting more than 40,000 visitors annually, the Rapids Water Park is one of South Florida's popular spots for family fun. The park features a huge wave pool, a lazy river, a toddler's pool and thirty-five individually themed water slides that include speed slides. Additionally, the park offers two snack bars, a cafe and shaded picnic areas.
